سلام

اين دفعه يک مورد راديو گرافی براتون ميذاريم.

باز هم ميتونيد در قسمت <نظر> جواب اين کيس رو ببينيد.

A 36-year-old man presents with recurrent swelling of the right submandibular gland that has lasted 3 months. It occurs a few times a week, usually after a meal. The swelling causes some discomfort and usually subsides after 1-2 hours. On examination, a firm 2 X 2-cm swelling is palpable in the right submandibular area. The swelling is nontender, not attached to the skin, and bimanually palpable. Intraoral examination findings are unremarkable. No calculi are palpable. A sialogram is obtained. What is the diagnosis?
